No, Wheelie Washers supply our own water.
  2. Does the dirty water get poured on my grass or in the gutter/stormwater?
No, Wheelie Washers collect the water used to clean your bin, filter and recycle it for safe disposal.
  3. How much does it cost to have my bin cleaned?
Bin cleaning starts at $8.00* per bin. Please see the Services page for a full list of pricing.
  4. Can I get a one off clean?
Yes, Wheelie Washers are able to provide one off cleaning of bins. See the Online Bookings page for further information.
  5. How do I pay for my service?
Payments are managed through our Online Bookings. You are charged for your first clean at the time of subscribing to a service and then will be automatically charged (using the same payment method) based on your cleaning subscription preference e.g. if you sign up for the Every 2 Week service you will be automatically charged every 2 weeks. Subscription billing will continue until you notify Wheelie Washers that you wish to cancel your subscription cleaning service.
  6. What happens if I move?
You simply need to notify Wheelie Washers via the Contact Us form. We will check the coverage of your new address and organise a date for your cleaning service to start at your new address.
  7. What happens if my bin is not left out for cleaning?
Wheelie Washers request that your bin is easily accessible. If we are unable to clean your bin on a scheduled cleaning day because it is not accessible you will still be charged the cleaning fee. Due to travelling costs any scheduled clean needs to be cancelled 24 hours prior to avoid the cleaning fee.
  8. What if my bin didn’t get cleaned and it was accessible?
If your bin did not get cleaned as part of your scheduled service, please complete the Contact Us form and we will arrange for your bin to be cleaned or refund the cleaning fee.
  9. My bin has been damaged, will you fix it?
Wheelie Washers take no responsibility and will not be held liable for any damaged bins. Our cleaning service ensures that bins are treated with care and make sure no damage is caused as a result of the cleaning process.
  10. How do I cancel a cleaning subscription service?
Simple complete the Contact Us form and we will sort this out for you.
